攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)主(zhu)機按其攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)方式分為強制(zhi)式攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)和(he)自落式攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)。強制(zhi)式攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)機是國內(nei)外攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)站(zhan)使(shi)用的主(zhu)流,它(ta)可(ke)以攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)流動性、半干硬(ying)(ying)性和(he)干硬(ying)(ying)性等多種混凝土。自落式攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)主(zhu)機主(zhu)要攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)流動性混凝土,在攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)站(zhan)中(zhong)很少使(shi)用。
強(qiang)制(zhi)式(shi)攪(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)機(ji)按結構形式(shi)分為主軸(zhou)行星攪(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)機(ji)、單臥軸(zhou)攪(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)機(ji)和雙臥軸(zhou)攪(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)機(ji)。而(er)其中(zhong)尤以雙臥軸(zhou)強(qiang)制(zhi)式(shi)攪(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)機(ji)的綜合使用性(xing)能很(hen)好。
物料(liao)稱(cheng)量(liang)系統(tong)是(shi)影(ying)響(xiang)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)質量(liang)和混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)生產成本的關(guan)鍵部件,主(zhu)要分(fen)為(wei)骨料(liao)稱(cheng)量(liang)、粉(fen)料(liao)稱(cheng)量(liang)和液體(ti)稱(cheng)量(liang)三部分(fen)。即骨料(liao)(砂、石)用一(yi)把秤,水(shui)(shui)泥和粉(fen)煤灰用一(yi)把秤,水(shui)(shui)和液體(ti)外加(jia)劑分(fen)別(bie)稱(cheng)量(liang),然后(hou)將液體(ti)外加(jia)劑投放到水(shui)(shui)稱(cheng)斗(dou)內預先混(hun)合。而在每(mei)小時50立方米以上(shang)的攪(jiao)拌站中(zhong),多采用各稱(cheng)物料(liao)獨立稱(cheng)量(liang)的方式,所有稱(cheng)量(liang)都采用電子(zi)秤及微(wei)機(ji)控制。骨料(liao)稱(cheng)量(liang)精度 ±2%,水(shui)(shui)泥、粉(fen)料(liao)、水(shui)(shui)及外加(jia)劑的稱(cheng)量(liang)精度均達到 ±1%。
物料(liao)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)由(you)三個部分組成(cheng)(cheng)。骨料(liao)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song);攪拌(ban)站輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)有料(liao)斗輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)和皮(pi)帶輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)兩種方式(shi)。料(liao)斗提升的(de)(de)(de)優(you)點是(shi)占地面(mian)積小、結構(gou)簡(jian)單。皮(pi)帶輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)的(de)(de)(de)優(you)點是(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)距(ju)離(li)大、效率高(gao)、故障率低。皮(pi)帶輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)主要(yao)(yao)適(shi)用于有骨料(liao)暫存倉的(de)(de)(de)攪拌(ban)站,從而提高(gao)攪拌(ban)站的(de)(de)(de)生產率。粉(fen)(fen)料(liao)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song);混凝(ning)土可(ke)用的(de)(de)(de)粉(fen)(fen)料(liao)主要(yao)(yao)是(shi)水(shui)泥、粉(fen)(fen)煤灰和礦粉(fen)(fen)。普遍采用的(de)(de)(de)粉(fen)(fen)料(liao)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)方式(shi)是(shi)螺旋輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)機(ji)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song),大型(xing)攪拌(ban)樓有采用氣動(dong)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)和刮板輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)的(de)(de)(de)。螺旋輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)的(de)(de)(de)優(you)點是(shi)結構(gou)簡(jian)單、成(cheng)(cheng)本低、使(shi)用可(ke)靠(kao)。液體輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)主要(yao)(yao)指(zhi)水(shui)和液體外加劑(ji),它們(men)是(shi)分別由(you)水(shui)泵輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)的(de)(de)(de)。
混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)可(ke)用(yong)的物料貯存方式(shi)基本相同。骨料露天堆(dui)放(也有城市(shi)大型商品混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)攪拌(ban)站用(yong)封(feng)閉(bi)料倉);粉料用(yong)全封(feng)閉(bi)鋼(gang)(gang)結構筒倉貯存;外(wai)加劑用(yong)鋼(gang)(gang)結構容器貯存。
攪(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的控制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)是整套設備的中(zhong)樞(shu)神經。控制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)根據用(yong)(yong)戶不(bu)同要求和(he)攪(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的大小而(er)(er)有(you)不(bu)同的功能和(he)配制(zhi),一(yi)(yi)般(ban)情(qing)況下(xia)施工現場(chang)可用(yong)(yong)的小型攪(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)控制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)簡單一(yi)(yi)些,而(er)(er)大型攪(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)相(xiang)對復雜一(yi)(yi)些。

攪拌站的規(gui)格(ge)大小(xiao)是按其每小(xiao)時的理論(lun)生產來命名(ming)的,我國常(chang)用(yong)的規(gui)格(ge)有(you):HZS25、HZS35、HZS50、HZS60、HZS75、HZS90、HZS120、HZS150、HZS180、HZS240等(deng)。如: HZS25是指每小(xiao)時生產能力為25立方(fang)米的攪拌站,主(zhu)機為雙臥(wo)(wo)軸強制攪拌機。若是主(zhu)機用(yong)單臥(wo)(wo)軸則型(xing)號為HZD25。
攪(jiao)(jiao)拌站(zhan)(zhan)有(you)可分為單機(ji)(ji)(ji)站(zhan)(zhan)和(he)雙機(ji)(ji)(ji)站(zhan)(zhan),顧名思義,單機(ji)(ji)(ji)站(zhan)(zhan)即(ji)每個(ge)(ge)攪(jiao)(jiao)拌站(zhan)(zhan)有(you)一個(ge)(ge)攪(jiao)(jiao)拌主機(ji)(ji)(ji),雙機(ji)(ji)(ji)站(zhan)(zhan)有(you)兩個(ge)(ge)攪(jiao)(jiao)拌主機(ji)(ji)(ji),每個(ge)(ge)攪(jiao)(jiao)拌主機(ji)(ji)(ji)對應一個(ge)(ge)出料口,所以雙機(ji)(ji)(ji)攪(jiao)(jiao)拌站(zhan)(zhan)是單機(ji)(ji)(ji)攪(jiao)(jiao)拌站(zhan)(zhan)生(sheng)產能力(li)的2倍。
混(hun)凝(ning)土攪(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)站分為四個(ge)部分:砂石給(gei)料(liao)(liao)、粉(fen)料(liao)(liao)(水泥、粉(fen)煤(mei)(mei)灰(hui)、膨脹劑(ji)(ji)等) 給(gei)料(liao)(liao)、水與外加劑(ji)(ji)給(gei)料(liao)(liao)、傳輸(shu)(shu)攪(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)與存儲。攪(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)機控(kong)制系統上電后(hou),進(jin)(jin)入人(ren)- 機對話的(de)(de)操(cao)作界面,系統進(jin)(jin)行初始化處(chu)理(li),其中包括(kuo)配方號、混(hun)凝(ning)土等級、坍(tan)落度、生產方量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)等.根據稱重對各料(liao)(liao)倉、計(ji)(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)斗(dou)(dou)進(jin)(jin)行檢測,輸(shu)(shu)出料(liao)(liao)空(kong)或料(liao)(liao)滿信(xin)號,提(ti)示操(cao)作人(ren)員確定(ding)是否啟(qi)動攪(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)控(kong)制程序。啟(qi)動砂、石皮帶電機進(jin)(jin)料(liao)(liao)到計(ji)(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)斗(dou)(dou);打開(kai)粉(fen)煤(mei)(mei)灰(hui)、水泥罐的(de)(de)蝶閥,啟(qi)動螺旋機電機輸(shu)(shu)送粉(fen)煤(mei)(mei)灰(hui)、水泥到計(ji)(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)斗(dou)(dou);開(kai)啟(qi)水倉和(he)外加劑(ji)(ji)池的(de)(de)控(kong)制閥使水和(he)外加劑(ji)(ji)流入計(ji)(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)斗(dou)(dou),計(ji)(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)滿足設定(ding)要求后(hou)開(kai)啟(qi)計(ji)(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)斗(dou)(dou)斗(dou)(dou)門(men),配料(liao)(liao)進(jin)(jin)入已啟(qi)動的(de)(de)攪(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)機內攪(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)混(hun)合(he),到設定(ding)的(de)(de)時間打開(kai)攪(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)機門(men),混(hun)凝(ning)土進(jin)(jin)入己接(jie)料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)攪(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)車內。
