1、骨料配料系統

骨科配料系統(tong)是集(ji)砂與石子等骨科的貯料、計量輸出(chu)等功能于(yu)一體。一般有貯料斗及計量斗組成。

由于(yu)生(sheng)產混凝(ning)土的(de)級配不同.貯(zhu)料斗可(ke)設為(wei)3斗、4斗、5斗等多種。以4斗為(wei)典型。能(neng)適應各(ge)種級配的(de)骨料貯(zhu)存。貯(zhu)辯斗容量一般取決于(yu)站的(de)生(sheng)產能(neng)力.貯(zhu)料斗放(fang)料采(cai)用(yong)氣動控制門開啟方式。

2、臂料送料

3、粉料儲料

粉(fen)狀原(yuan)材料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)如水(shui)泥(ni)、粉(fen)煤灰(hui)、礦渣粉(fen)等都采用(yong)粉(fen)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)倉(cang)(cang)(筒倉(cang)(cang))儲(chu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)。粉(fen)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)倉(cang)(cang)可設計(ji)為100t、200t、300t等.也町根據用(yong)戶要求設計(ji)粉(fen)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)倉(cang)(cang)容量。粉(fen)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)倉(cang)(cang)的容量越小(xiao),攪拌站連續生產混凝土時對粉(fen)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)供應渠道的流(liu)通要求越高。粉(fen)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)倉(cang)(cang)的數鼉(tuo)由混凝土所需(xu)粉(fen)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)的種類決定。

粉(fen)料倉由倉體(ti)、進(jin)(jin)灰(hui)管、排架及梯子等組成.倉體(ti)側壁可裝(zhuang)料位器,下部(bu)錐(zhui)體(ti)設(she)(she)有破(po)拱(gong)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),內外(wai)壁設(she)(she)梯子,倉頂(ding)有檢修口,并設(she)(she)置(zhi)安全門及除塵器,進(jin)(jin)灰(hui)管由下部(bu)直(zhi)通(tong)(tong)倉體(ti)上部(bu)。粉(fen)料通(tong)(tong)過(guo)散(san)裝(zhuang)水(shui)泥輸送(song)車接頭與進(jin)(jin)灰(hui)管連通(tong)(tong)直(zhi)接送(song)入粉(fen)料倉體(ti)。

攪(jiao)拌站使用袋(dai)裝(zhuang)水泥(ni)時。可選配輔助(zhu)設(she)備(bei)袋(dai)裝(zhuang)水泥(ni)氣力(li)輸送(song)(song)泵送(song)(song)人筒倉的貯(zhu)料簡(jian)體。

4粉料給料

粉(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)料(liao)給料(liao)是將水(shui)泥、粉(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)煤灰等(deng)(deng)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)料(liao)送(song)(song)入相應的粉(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)料(liao)稱量斗內(nei)。粉(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)科的輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)需要(yao)在完全(quan)密封的腔體內(nei)進行(xing)。以免污染(ran)環境和輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)物料(liao)受潮,應用廣泛是0形截(jie)面的螺旋輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)機。其機殼采用無(wu)縫(feng)鋼(gang)管,常見規格有‘p219,‘P273,‘p325等(deng)(deng),機殼尾部進口(kou)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)萬向球與(yu)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)料(liao)倉(cang)蝶閥連接(jie),頭部出口(kou)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)帆布袋柔(rou)軟連接(jie)在粉(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)料(liao)稱量斗上。安裝傾(qing)角一般(ban)在30。-450之間(jian),必要(yao)時可(ke)達600。螺旋的長度不(bu)應超過(guo)(guo)14m.可(ke)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)更換(huan)中(zhong)間(jian)節段得(de)到(dao)不(bu)同的螺旋總長度。更長的輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)距離可(ke)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)螺旋接(jie)力的方式實(shi)現,接(jie)續螺旋設(she)置(zhi)兩個進料(liao)口(kou)。

水(shui)(shui)外(wai)加(jia)劑管(guan)(guan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)包括(kuo)水(shui)(shui)和液(ye)態(tai)外(wai)加(jia)荊(jing)的(de)供(gong)料(liao)裝置及管(guan)(guan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)元件,通(tong)過管(guan)(guan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)將水(shui)(shui)和液(ye)態(tai)外(wai)加(jia)劑送入站(zhan)內相應(ying)(ying)的(de)液(ye)體稱量斗內。工程(cheng)站(zhan)通(tong)常選購帶(dai)水(shui)(shui)泵的(de)水(shui)(shui)箱。商(shang)混站(zhan)一般都自建儲水(shui)(shui)池用(yong)(yong)(yong)潛水(shui)(shui)泵供(gong)水(shui)(shui),外(wai)加(jia)劑泵應(ying)(ying)選用(yong)(yong)(yong)耐(nai)腐泵。供(gong)水(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)應(ying)(ying)設循環(huan)網水(shui)(shui)支(zhi)路(lu)(lu)(lu),以免(mian)停泵時上水(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)受(shou)縮變形,尤其是(shi)泵排鼉較大和采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)軟管(guan)(guan)上水(shui)(shui)時更(geng)顯必要(yao)。水(shui)(shui)泵和耐(nai)腐泵排景應(ying)(ying)滿足(zu)攪拌(ban)站(zhan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)(外(wai)加(jia)劑)要(yao)求,泵的(de)揚程(cheng)應(ying)(ying)大于上水(shui)(shui)(外(wai)加(jia)劑)的(de)高度(du)。

6、配料及卸料系統

此系統(tong)是將混凝(ning)土所需(xu)的各(ge)種(zhong)物(wu)料(骨料、粉料、水、外加劑等),按照配(pei)比,通過精確地(di)計(ji)鼉后送人攪拌(ban)機內。目前(qian),攪拌(ban)站(zhan)配(pei)料的計(ji)量(liang)(liang)用(yong)電子稱重計(ji)量(liang)(liang)。一(yi)般(ban)稱斗采用(yong)三點(dian)式(shi)(shi).帶(dai)計(ji)量(liang)(liang)槽皮帶(dai)機采用(yong)四點(dian)式(shi)(shi),稱量(liang)(liang)斗稱量(liang)(liang)值較(jiao)小(如液態外加劑)時也可(ke)采用(yong)一(yi)點(dian)式(shi)(shi),依照計(ji)量(liang)(liang)裝(zhuang)置的安裝(zhuang)形式(shi)(shi)選擇拉(la)力或壓(ya)力傳(chuan)感(gan)器。

通常情況下。骨料(石、砂(sha))在骨料配(pei)料系統(tong)計(ji)(ji)鼉(tuo)完成后通過皮帶機送入站內(nei)(nei)予加料斗。粉(fen)料(水(shui)泥、粉(fen)煤灰等(deng))、水(shui)及液(ye)態外加劑(ji)在站內(nei)(nei)稱量(liang)(liang)(liang)斗完成計(ji)(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang)。粉(fen)料(水(shui)泥、粉(fen)煤灰等(deng))可(ke)采用立計(ji)(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang),也(ye)町采用累積計(ji)(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang),一般配(pei)1-2個稱;水(shui)與外加劑(ji)町累積計(ji)(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang),也(ye)可(ke)立計(ji)(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang),由(you)于外加劑(ji)用量(liang)(liang)(liang)較少~般采用它計(ji)(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang)。攪拌站常規設計(ji)(ji)可(ke)配(pei)3至8個計(ji)(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang)裝置(zhi)配(pei)對8至12種物料進(jin)行(xing)配(pei)料計(ji)(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang)。計(ji)(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang)動態精度骨料≤2%.粉(fen)料、水(shui)和(he)外加劑(ji)均為≤1%。

配料完(wan)成(cheng)后(hou)。接收(shou)到放料信號后(hou),各種物料的弧門(men)(蝶閥)依次打開。將料送入攪拌機內,完(wan)成(cheng)卸料程序。

7、攪拌及出料系統

攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)系統是(shi)混(hun)凝土攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)站的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)核心系統。是(shi)攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)將接(jie)受(shou)到的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)各種(zhong)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)成(cheng)勻(yun)質(zhi)混(hun)凝土。攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)按(an)攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)原理來劃分(fen)可(ke)分(fen)為強制(zhi)式(shi)(shi)和自(zi)落(luo)式(shi)(shi)兩(liang)類。強制(zhi)式(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)罐(guan)體(ti)不(bu)(bu)動.攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)軸(zhou)旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan),通過攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)臂帶動攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)葉(xie)片(pian)對罐(guan)體(ti)內的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)進行強制(zhi)導向(xiang)(xiang)攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban);自(zi)落(luo)式(shi)(shi)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)筒旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan),借助(zhu)安裝(zhuang)在拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)筒內的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)葉(xie)片(pian),使物(wu)料(liao)(liao)抬起,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)靠自(zi)身重力跌(die)落(luo),并產生軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)串動.從而實現攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)。兩(liang)者相比,強制(zhi)式(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)作用(yong)強烈(lie),一般在30-60秒(miao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)就可(ke)將混(hun)合物(wu)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)成(cheng)勻(yun)質(zhi)性混(hun)凝土。制(zhi)備專(zhuan)用(yong)或特(te)種(zhong)混(hun)凝土時(shi)(shi),則需(xu)較長時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian);自(zi)落(luo)式(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)需(xu)翻倍甚至更長,攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)特(te)種(zhong)混(hun)凝土困難甚至不(bu)(bu)可(ke)能(neng)。在相同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)容量(liang)下,強制(zhi)式(shi)(shi)與自(zi)落(luo)式(shi)(shi)相比攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)驅動功率(lv)較大(da)。相應的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)設(she)備裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)總功率(lv)及(ji)配電設(she)施要增加(jia),但是(shi)工作周期較短(duan),所以生產混(hun)凝土的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)單位(wei)能(neng)耗增加(jia)不(bu)(bu)大(da)。綜合攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)效(xiao)(xiao)率(lv)、功能(neng)、質(zhi)量(liang)、能(neng)耗各方(fang)面因(yin)素。攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)站應選(xuan)(xuan)擇強制(zhi)式(shi)(shi)攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)作為主機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)。只(zhi)有在骨(gu)料(liao)(liao)粒徑(jing)較大(da)如150ram以上的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)碎石(shi)時(shi)(shi)才優先選(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)自(zi)落(luo)式(shi)(shi)攪(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)。

混凝土攪(jiao)拌完(wan)畢后可先存(cun)儲在(zai)攪(jiao)拌機(ji)或(huo)攪(jiao)拌機(ji)下部的出(chu)料斗內,待(dai)接到開門信號后。開啟攪(jiao)拌機(ji)fJ或(huo)出(chu)料斗門,完(wan)成混凝土出(chu)料。

8、氣路系統

氣路系統包括窯壓機、儲(chu)(chu)氣罐、供(gong)氣管路和氣水分離(li)器、油霧器、減壓閥、電磁(ci)氣閥氣路附件(jian),用于向攪拌(ban)機卸(xie)料(liao)(liao)門、儲(chu)(chu)料(liao)(liao)倉(cang)底門、計量斗底門或蝶閥、出料(liao)(liao)斗底門等裝置執行開關動(dong)作的(de)氣缸和粉料(liao)(liao)筒倉(cang)破拱裝置提供(gong)壓縮(suo)空氣。

空壓(ya)(ya)(ya)機的(de)(de)技術規格排(pai)氣(qi)量按氣(qi)缸等執行元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)(de)規格和(he)(he)數據(ju)選配(pei),向氣(qi)缸供氣(qi)的(de)(de)管路應設(she)氣(qi)水分(fen)離(li)器(qi)(qi)和(he)(he)油霧器(qi)(qi)。向破拱裝置供氣(qi)的(de)(de)管路應設(she)氣(qi)水分(fen)離(li)器(qi)(qi)和(he)(he)減壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa),不能設(she)油霧器(qi)(qi)。減壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力約0.2MPa。

9、結構

主(zhu)站(zhan)結構(gou)自上(shang)而(er)下(xia)分(fen)為:配料層、上(shang)排架、攪(jiao)拌(ban)層、下(xia)排架等(deng),主(zhu)站(zhan)結構(gou)的設計應考(kao)慮物料重(zhong)、自重(zhong)、風(feng)載(zai)、活荷(he)載(zai)、震動系數(shu)及地(di)震烈度等(deng),整個攪(jiao)拌(ban)站(zhan)可以采(cai)用彩色夾芯板或彩鋼(gang)板包封起(qi)來,既可防(fang)止攪(jiao)拌(ban)站(zhan)內粉塵(chen)外溢。又能(neng)起(qi)到保(bao)溫、裝飾效(xiao)果。

10、控制系統

所有控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)均設在(zai)在(zai)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)室(包(bao)括骨料、粉料、水、外加劑等上(shang)料與卸料的(de)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)及(ji)監控(kong)(kong))。控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)室中(zhong)采(cai)用以計算機控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)為中(zhong)心的(de)集中(zhong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統,能在(zai)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)室內的(de)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)臺上(shang)對攪拌站混凝土生(sheng)產(chan)的(de)全過程進行控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)和管(guan)理。
